The Baumalight RSX580 Log Splitter is a powerful excavator-mounted solution for splitting logs up to 12 to 20 feet in length. Designed with a bolt-on excavator adaptor, the RSX580 delivers high torque through a hydraulic planetary drive system, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. The helical split bit, machined from two spiral-formed steel pieces, converges at a hardened, replaceable tip to bore smoothly into dense wood.
